Sales tax will only apply to residents of CA.

How much will my shipping charges be?
During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes if applicable are clearly displayed.
What if I need to return my order?
All sales are final. At our discretion, however, we may choose to authorize a new product return for refund. For us to do so, the two following conditions must be met: a) The refund must be requested within 7 days of the date on the invoice. b) The product must in in a new, factory sealed box, and in resellable condition. The New Product Return is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, and it will take 7 days to process. If you paid with a credit card, your account will be refunded. If you paid with a money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically (domestic orders only). For international orders, we will E-mail you of the missing items to confirm the balance of your order.
What is your policy on Privacy?
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you can tell us not to by sending an e-mail message to the address below. Also, we may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

What if the product is defective?
If a product is defective and you notify us within seven days of the invoice date, we will replace it for you (No credit or refund will be issued). After 7 days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed. All returns must be accompanied by a packing slip and a PCBin Authorization Number.
